Our philanthropic journey started rather organically several years ago in 1995 initiated by our mother company NATCO Pharma. This initiative grew to formally become the NATCO trust over time.

Since then, we have grappled with the problem of the imposing scale of help required in the world and the finite and limited human capacity to provide it. We tried to design interventions that worked holistically, across life stages to come together and create fundamental change.

Our approach is humane, heart led and ground informed. We create and deliver interventions based on the needs expressed from the ground and are careful that they are measurable and real in their Impact.
